18 very enthusiastic walkers set out in the Wyrrabalong North NP from the end of Evans Rd Noraville. A beautiful walk along the Wetland, Redgum, Burrawang & Lilly Pilly tracks. Saw many magnificent twisted Redgums & then as we walked through the rainforest lots of lush Cabbage Tree palms & Burrawang cycads, some with brightly coloured seeds. Also spotted a large Corkwood with a magnificent Staghorn fern high up in its branches. Lovely views of Tuggerah lake from the morning tea lookout & at various times as we walked along.
Finally we were well nourished at “Nourish Café” in Toukley before returning home!
