PATONGA AND THE HAWKESBURY ESTUARY
18 walkers set off from Pearl Beach after being fortified with coffees!
We started with a nice long climb!
Very hot, but a nice breeze during the morning.
We had morning tea near the spectacular Warrah Lookout
A great view to contemplate!
Gathering around the Warrah Trig.
Those who had not done this walk before were most impressed by the spectacular views at the Warrah lookout & Trig & even more impressed by the spectacular panorama seen from our lunch spot at the amazing Elephant Rock! Those of us who had done this walk previously couldn’t help but be impressed again by the beautiful water views!
Elephant Rock - a bare, sundrenched bit of smooth raock, with plenty of photo ops.
