We then walked along Macquarie Street and Lyndy pointed to some of the old building and statues.
We entered the Royal Botanic Gardens and headed for the water, walking around near the Opera House.Lyndy mentioned we were to walk across the Harbour Bridge and if anyone didn’t want to do that they could get a ferry to Luna Park and meet us in the vicinity of Milson’s Point Railway. However, when those walking the Bridge got to that point we were informed that they had moved on to Wendy Whiteley’s Garden.
We headed on to the Garden for lunch. After lunch we all headed up the street to a café for coffee. We then dispersed to Milson’s Point Railway and a couple of people went to North Sydney station. We were blessed with a lovely sunny day and good company.
