Two weeks before the AGM the Treasurer’s report and the accounts for 2017-2018 were sent to all members, as was the President’s report for the same period.
Forty five attended the AGM. Fourteen walkers attended the plus walk, twenty two walkers attended the regular walk and four walkers attended the EZY walk (see list in respective walks reports). Helen A, Barrie, Bert, Claude and Don Wo attended the AGM but did not walk.
Bert Murray was Returning Officer and the following were elected un-opposed to the 2018-2019 Management Committee: President Kurt; Vice President Clive; Secretary John G; Treasurer Don B; Committee members: Susan, Mary, Lyndy, Pete, Barbara and Anne R
Members of the Walks Committee are Deidre (Convenor), Bert, Jill, Kurt, Lawrie and Margaret B.
Kurt is HVB’s statistician.
