With temperatures exceeding 30 degrees forecast, 8 walkers tackled this walk, which has a lot of up and down and some rough terrain. Fortunately, the breeze kept conditions comfortable and frequent water stops kept us hydrated.
High points were:
1. A visit to Snotty Nose, which was in full flu mode after recent rain;
2. Clambering up the rock pile near the old bulldozer and taking in the sweeping views;

3. Lunch at Big Jims Point with panoramic views;

5. Being daunted by the prospect of the descent and ascent after lunch, and finding we did it quite easily;

6. Air-conditioning and drinks at the Mooney Mooney Club.
