We were a little early for the carpet of flowers that this track is famous for but the early ones were very rewarding. It is a lovely track with many different textures and colours. The view from the lunch rocks at the end is second to none for just lovely bush with scattered rocks and the blue hills as background. For only a short walk of easy terrain, it is an excellent bushwalk for the Ezy group. Perhaps next year we will try a couple of weeks into September to get massed flowers.
