We were blessed with a beautiful, sunny day after endless days of rain!!
Thirteen Ezy walkers met at the intersection of Mallawa Road & Bulara Street Duffy’s Forest.

There's a bird in there!
We had hoped to spot some Waratahs but they were not evident today.
However, we did see various lovely wildflowers – Boronias, Grevilleas, Patersonia and the first of the Eriostemons!

We walked along the fire trail and then turned onto Wilkins Trail which led to a stunning lookout overlooking Cowan Creek.
There were water features
View at morning tea
Being a short walk we had a combination morning tea/lunch as this was the most scenic spot available!
Soaking in the water views
Returning on the same track we then got in our cars and proceeded to “Frankie’s Food Factory” café in Flower Power in Terrey Hills where our booked table awaited us.

An enjoyable and relaxing time was had with coffees, milkshakes and the odd biscuit or cake!
Our first time visitor seemed to enjoy his walk and Claude P joined us at the café – recovering well after his recent hip operation!!
