The threat of cold winds and showers does not deter hardy souls. Seven of us met at Circular Quay to catch the ferry across to Manly. Relatively calm waters disappointed those who were hoping for an exciting ride.¹
Our biggest problem of the day was finding a sunny, sheltered place to eat. Spot 1 was quickly abandoned but spot 2 (pictured) was pleasant. After a delicious hot chocolate or coffee we headed back by bus or ferry.
