With wet weather in previous days and the threat of more rain on this date, the planned walk was changed and so 9 of us met to walk in
Ku-ring-gai Wildflower Garden to enjoy a walk, some talk, some sunshine - oh, and some fresh air. How good it felt to be on a track again!
Some of it was on carless road and some on track with just a few muddy spots. There were some flowers out for us to examine but not many.
After exploring most of the upper tracks we had lunch in Lamberts Clearing. Hoping to walk around the lake, we found it was closed so
returned to our cars via the ice-cream and coffee shop.
Very pleasant all round.
