After rain overnight the sky cleared to a beautiful sunny day. Ten of us set off from Mill Creek Picnic Area on the "11Km Walking Track" rising steadily along Mill Creek.

We crossed Mill Creek several times and other side creeks. Some light mist lingered at places.

We took a side track that led up to the Group 6 Aboriginal Site, explored the engravings and had morning tea on the rock outcrop. We then descended to join the
main track which climbed up to the next ridge. There were severel rock scrambles on all the ascents and descents which is why National Parks have classed this
as a Grade 5 track.

We came across a few patches of Hakea bakeriana which is limited to the Central Coast area of NSW, as well as other flowers.

The track descended steeply down from the last ridge and ran along another creek back to the picnic area. From there we returned via the Wisemans Ferry back to
Glenorie where we had coffee at the Glenorie Bakery.
