The stunning cement house, with the equally stunning red brick tower and red brick room attached at its rear, was much commented upon.
And, believe it or not, this owner looks directly down to a wonderful view of the rock pool south of Coogee Beach, and then the penninsula towards South Head.
Walk's end - Maroubra Beach, with Friday surfers relaxing between waves at the northern end of the beach.
