Leader Mary gave 9 others a memorable walk. And she picked the weather!. It rained whilst the cars travelled to track head, and was still raining when morning tea was taken at the Pretty Beach picnic area, but fine as the group set off and thereafter. 
Fossils!! Pectens in Australia, trapped by mud-slides beneath the sea, circa 350,000,000 BCE. These fossils in rocks on Merry Beach were exposed as sea levels dropped.
Rock face also revealed over time.
