On a perfect day for the Mountains - all of the walkers except for Don W
Morning tea on Pisgah Rock ...
... with a view of Erskine Creek
and then lunch on Erskine Creek
Some nice rocks and nice trees ... and a leader in a refective mood (after Sir Arthur Streeton)
The Jack Evans Track is steep, but there was some easier walking in beautiful conditions
Egg and Bacon flower, genus Dillwynia (?) species (?)
Who knocked that over? No-one confessing, but the walker on the right has a proprietary air.
Back to our first picture, taken at the end of the walk. The site was the Nepean Lookout, with views of the Fairlight Gorge and the Nepean River. Leader Vreni points, and leader Lawrie laughs
For the record: Lawrie (now 80 years young) and Vreni led Don W, Christine McA, Rex, Robyn M, Rosie, Wendy P, Pragati, Helen A, Dawn, David E, Annette, Mike, Cherry, Lea and Tail-end Charlie Barrie.
Photos by Don W (1-11) and Christine McA (12, 13).
